Amerimade Technology’s Bulk Chemical Delivery system allows customers to store and deliver on-demand chemistry process tools in an Automated or Semi-Automated mode. BDC systems are completely enclosed, exhausted cabinets with dedicated pumps, filters, control valves and PLC control system provide accurate, reliable transfer.
Chemicals are stored on customer-replaceable drums resting on rigid drum slides. Cabinets provide 110% secondary containment volume and support double containment transfer lines. Precision chemical blending, dilution, and recirculation are available as an option. All configurations are available in a single drum or dual drum and can be manufactured in polypropylene, FM 4910 PVCC, or stainless steel.
