Designed for maximum throughput, dry to dry processing, Amerimade’s fully automated wet processing system is the logical choice. The full automated station offers leading edge process control and data logging, clean and safe processing environment, robust and trouble-free automation system, small footprint, and easy to use intuitive touch screen display operator interface. The fully automated station is equipped with multi-tasking capability, allowing concurrent processing of multiple batches. These systems include not only sophisticated scheduling software, but a broad array of additional sensors, mechanical fixtures, and optimized robotic interfaces for pickup and drop off of product in order to ensure safe, full control of multiple batches, fully automatic processing.
When required, we can couple the fully automated wet station to our Equipment Front End Module (EFEM). This allows the wet station automation to retrieve your product from a FOUP, FOSB, or SMIF box. Once these two systems are mated together, they can be operated from one common operator interface and/or controlled by a factory host.
